Kenneth
M. Kitay, Esquire has been handling Workers’ Compensation and other
personal injury and criminal defense legal matters for a decade.
He has devoted his legal practice to representing injured plaintiffs
whether resulting from a work-related injury or a serious motor
vehicle accident.
A Bilingual Law Practice
Kitay manages a bilingual law practice, representing both Spanish
and English-speaking clients. He volunteers much of his time to
work with nonprofit organizations, unions and educational institutions,
in an effort to teach members about their legal rights and responsibilities
in Pennsylvania and as United States citizens, residents or aliens.
Kitay also spends much of his time handling pro bono matters. He
is admitted to the practice of law by the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania
and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of
Pennsylvania.
Experience
Prior to starting his own law firm, Kitay worked as a judicial law clerk for the Superior Court
of New Jersey under Judges James Ciancia and Norman Telsey. He received a bachelor’s degree from the
University of Maryland as a member of the Golden Key Honor Society. Kitay received his juris doctor
from Widener University School of Law. He has appeared on Berks Community Television and Univision,
among others, to discuss Workers’ Compensation issues. With offices in Allentown, Reading, Kennett Square,
and Media, Pennsylvania, Kitay spends his free time with his family, traveling and running marathons.
